French Bacon and Onion Tart
My husband and I recently spent a long weekend in Quebec, and of course a lot of their food is French-inspired. We didn’t have a meal that wasn’t completely delicious while we were there (but that’s a different blog post!) and as soon as we returned home I was hankering to bring French cuisine into my kitchen. Which brings me to the French bacon and onion tart.The savory, mouth-watering, transcendant, tart… This dish is honestly one of the best I’ve cooked in a while.
